You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
- Still sealed? Full refund.
- Opened, not faulty? Accepted within 14 days with a 15% restocking fee.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it, no fee.
Return every piece: tiles, dice, pouch and inserts.
How it works
Email info@americanmahjonggset.com with your order number, we send the return address, you ship it back with tracking. Refunds go to your original payment method after inspection.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
UK & EU
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under your statutory rights. The 15% restocking fee does not apply to UK and EU orders; we only deduct for loss in value from handling beyond normal inspection.
