Refund policy

We want you to love your mahjong set. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

• Sealed items (still in the original shrink-wrap): full refund.
• Opened items (not faulty): accepted within 14 days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Please return every piece (tiles, dice, pouches and inserts) in resellable condition.

How to start a return

Email info@americanmahjonggset.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address. Ship the item back with tracking.

Return shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

UK and EU customers

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. The 15% restocking fee does not apply to UK and EU orders; we may only deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond normal inspection.
